2. It's known for its vibrant nightlife, wordly-known art museums and classical architecture.
3. It has to be close to Miguel's work in the north and convenient to her masters classes in the centre of Madrid.
4. Miguel likes modern style and she prefers oldfashioned things.
5. The house doesn't have to be too big, just one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen should be modern with nice appliances.
