1. It’s about how people would be communicating, which would be based on cultural differences.
2. It’s considered as a sign of respect.
3. It means you’re giving attention.
4. Behaviour / values / gender
5. Use your observation skills. Observe their body language and try and mirror it.
6. It can mean that you’re not interested and be considered an insult.
7. Time keeping, because people are fairly laid-back.
8. In Northern Europe by giving facts and figures rather than personal life.
In Italy by showing a lot of emotions.
In Japan by building harmony.
