I. These people have problems to stick to things.
II.
1. It has to come from inside you, it can’t come from outside (e.g. your family)
2. First you have to acquire the skills you need to achieve your resolutions (e.g. you can’t decide to write a blog if you don’t learn to use a computer first)
3. Sometimes you have even to change your environment and acquire new friends (e.g. people who share your resolution)
4. It’s the most important component. Deep down you have to believe that you are going to achieve it.
To get this confidence you can use good therapy and practise positive feedback with yourself ( “I can do it”)
5. --------------
6. That’s when people quit.
III. She wants to be a stronger mum with her children in cleaning their rooms.
IV. She will get all the technology she takes away from their children when they don’t clean their rooms.
V. He wants to take up yoga again.
