2. She’s not sure. She was just a normal girl and she found out about the audition and decided to go uptown for the audition. After the audition she had two meetings with the director and finally (after a 45 minute conversation) she was offered the job.
3. Yes, but she had also decided it wasn’t the life for her.
4. She thought she’d be a therapist or something to do with psychology.
5. Yes, she had

8. Now she feels normal, she feels she fits in. She had lots of problems before because they always told her she was “wrong” because she was different.
9. No, she feels the same as she felt before. She thinks these things change the people around her and those who don’t know her.
10. It’s the story of a girl who is 16 and she is pregnant by her father by the second time. She is abused both by her father and her mother and she’s almost completely illiterate (she’s in the 9th grade at 16). She is ignored by her own parents and by the school system.
The film tells how she tries to get away from her abusers and build a real life for herself and for her children and how she learns to read.
11. Because her feet hurt in the shoes she has to wear for all these events.
12. She wants the film to teach people not to judge others, because it’s easier to judge than it is to help.
13. She wants to keep changing people’s minds.
